New Overtime Rule March 19, 2010

Looks like there is a new overtime rule for the NFL postseason.

1. If any of each teams scores a TD the game is over and the opposing team does not get a chance to score.

2. If any of each teams scores a FG then the opposing team will get another chance to score. If it is a TD the game is over.

3. If the opposing team also scores another FG, the next team to score wins.

NFL Owners are trying to work this issue out because they do not want another cheap win like when the Saints beat the Vikings with a FG to go to the Super Bowl
